Partner — Finance & Banking — New Jersey

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a finance & banking practice in New Jersey, covering commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs) and public finance. The role combines client development, matter oversight and practice management across a diverse finance caseload.

Ideal for a rainmaker with strong relationships in lending and consumer finance who can supervise teams, drive business growth and support cross-practice opportunities. The position reports into a senior finance leadership team at a national firm and will involve active origination and client stewardship.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in finance & banking, including commercial lending and consumer finance
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey or able to become admitted; excellent business development skills
