Partner — Employment & Labor, Orlando

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an employment and labor practice in a major Florida office. The role involves advising employers on workplace counseling, litigation strategy, collective bargaining, and proactive compliance across state and federal labor laws.

The partner will join an established team, take primary responsibility for client relationships and case management, and collaborate with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters. This is a client-facing, rainmaking role with leadership responsibilities in business development and practice growth.

• Proven experience as a senior employment & labor lawyer with a strong track record of client management and team leadership
• Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, labor relations, collective bargaining, and employment litigation
• Demonstrable business development ability and a network of employer-side contacts
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
