Partner, Employment & Labor — Portland

Senior lateral partner opportunity within a well-established national law firm seeking a leader for its Portland employment and labor practice. The role will focus on counseling employers on workplace compliance, handling litigation and collective bargaining matters, and leading regional client relations.

Partner will join an experienced team, help grow the practice through business development and cross-practice collaboration, and provide high-level strategic advice to corporate and public-sector clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling
• Demonstrated business development and client management skills
• Admission to the Oregon bar (or ability to become admitted)
