Partner, Employment & Labor — Spokane

Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Spokane office. The role combines court-facing litigation work with representation of employers on counseling, investigations and preventive employment matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy team handling a broad mix of workplace disputes and employment counseling across multiple industries. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility and practice-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and substantial litigation and employment experience
• Proven track record of originating and managing employer-side employment matters and supervising teams
