Partner — Litigation & Employment (Spokane)

Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Spokane litigation and labor & employment practice. The role will handle complex commercial and professional liability disputes, employment matters, and matters tied to healthcare and construction sectors.

The partner will manage and mentor litigation teams, participate in case strategy and courtroom work, and collaborate with regional colleagues on cross-office matters. Strong emphasis on client development and expanding a stable book of business.

• Significant trial and litigation experience in commercial, employment, and professional liability matters
• Experience advising clients in healthcare and construction-related disputes preferred
• Demonstrated team leadership and matter management skills
• Proven client development track record
• Bar admission in the state (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
