Partner, Employment & Labor — Tampa

Senior hire to lead and expand an established employment and labor litigation practice in the Tampa office. The role combines courtroom litigation and client development across employer-side labor, employment counseling, and related dispute work.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing complex employment litigation matters, developing new client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a partner-track opportunity with significant autonomy to shape the local practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in employment and labor litigation and counseling
• Proven business development record and ability to originate new work
• Licensed to practice in Florida or eligible for admission
