Partner, Employment & Labor – Zurich

Senior hire sought to lead and grow an established employment and labor practice in Zurich. The role combines high‑value advisory work with contentious employment matters across Swiss and cross‑border mandates.

The partner will work with a multi‑disciplinary team advising domestic and international corporates on workforce strategy, restructurings, executive agreements and regulatory compliance. The team handles a mix of preventative employment advice and dispute resolution.

This is an opportunity to shape market strategy, develop junior lawyers and expand client relationships from a central Zurich base.
