Partner, Energy — Dubai

Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced partner to establish and grow its Energy practice in Dubai. This role will focus on client-facing transactional and advisory work across the UAE and the wider region, covering project development, commercial contracts and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will lead business development, build a local team and work closely with regional and international colleagues to service multinational and domestic clients. This is a senior, strategic opening for a market-facing partner with a proven track record in the energy sector.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy transactions and regulatory work
• Proven origination and client management record in the UAE / GCC market
• Ability to build and lead a team and collaborate with international practice groups
