Partner — Energy & Environmental, Chemnitz

Senior hire to lead and grow an energy and environmental practice from the firm's Chemnitz office. The role involves leading client matters across the energy transition and environmental regulatory space, advising corporate and project clients, and building the local bench.

The partner will combine a strong technical practice with business development responsibility: developing new client relationships, managing a small team, and coordinating with national practice groups. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant client-facing work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in energy and environmental law
• Proven business-development and client-management experience
• Ability to lead and mentor a team; strong communication skills in German and English
• Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent qualification)
