Partner — Finance & Banking, Chemnitz

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join the Finance & Banking practice in its Chemnitz office. The role focuses on advising banks and financial institutions on lending and structured finance matters, and leading client relationships in the region.

The successful candidate will combine senior technical expertise with proven origination and practice-management skills, and will play a visible role in developing the office level finance practice.

• Portable book of business of $500k (USD)
• Established track record in banking and finance transactions
• Proven client-development and team leadership experience
• Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and significant senior deal experience
