Partner — Energy & Environmental, Cincinnati

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an established Energy & Environmental practice in Cincinnati. The role focuses on counseling clients across project development, transactional matters, and regulatory compliance in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team advising utilities, developers, and infrastructure owners on complex permitting, environmental due diligence, and project structuring. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility and business development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with a track record on project, permitting, transactional, or regulatory matters
• Proven business development and client-management skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
