Partner — Energy & Environmental, Dallas

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Dallas. The role will focus on advising energy-sector clients on regulatory and environmental matters, with an emphasis on federal regulatory experience such as EPA-related matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and be expected to develop and expand client relationships across the region, working on cross-office matters as needed. This is a business-building role with opportunities to lead engagements and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law
• Demonstrable experience advising energy-sector clients and handling federal environmental/regulatory matters (EPA or similar)
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate and grow client work
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
