Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Dubai. The role will focus on high-value energy, infrastructure and environmental work across the Middle East region, advising sponsors, developers and project stakeholders on transactional and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team and contribute to practice growth, client development and senior deal leadership. This is a senior role with significant client-facing responsibility and firm leadership expectations.

Established practice in energy, infrastructure or environmental law with regional experience in the Middle East
Demonstrable track record of originating and leading complex transactions and regulatory matters
Ability to build and lead teams and develop client relationships across markets
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
