Senior-level partner opportunity in a well-established firm seeking to lead and grow a multidisciplinary energy and environmental practice from its Fort Worth office. The role focuses on energy (including renewables), environmental regulatory matters, tax aspects of energy transactions, maritime and construction-related issues.
The successful candidate will advise corporate and project clients across transactional, regulatory and compliance matters, take a leading role on matters involving renewable energy and gas regulatory issues, and help expand the practice's market presence in Texas and nationally.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in energy, renewable energy, environmental regulatory or related tax work
- Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
- Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
