Senior-level partner opportunity in a well-established firm seeking to lead and grow a multidisciplinary energy and environmental practice from its Fort Worth office. The role focuses on energy (including renewables), environmental regulatory matters, tax aspects of energy transactions, maritime and construction-related issues.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and project clients across transactional, regulatory and compliance matters, take a leading role on matters involving renewable energy and gas regulatory issues, and help expand the practice's market presence in Texas and nationally.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in energy, renewable energy, environmental regulatory or related tax work
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
