Partner — Energy & Environmental (Harrisburg)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a cross-practice Energy and Environmental practice from the Harrisburg office. The role focuses on energy tax, renewable energy projects, oil & gas matters, and maritime/construction-related work, serving a mix of developer, operator, and infrastructure clients.

The partner will advise on transactional, regulatory and project development matters, collaborate with national practice teams, and help expand regional market presence. The role offers significant origination and practice-building responsibility within a supportive national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy, energy tax, or environmental matters
• Track record advising on renewable energy, oil & gas or infrastructure projects
• Experience with maritime or construction-related transactional/regulatory issues is a plus
