Senior partner hire sought to lead and grow an environmental, land and natural resources practice from the Harrisburg office. The role focuses on counseling clients on environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, and related transactional and litigation matters, with an emphasis on state-level environmental review (CEQA experience desired).

The successful candidate will join a broad national practice platform and work with cross-office teams on regulatory and compliance matters. This is a visible, client-facing role with significant origination and practice-development responsibilities.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established practice in environmental, land use or natural resources law with regulatory and compliance expertise
Demonstrated experience with environmental permitting, compliance counseling and project-level review (CEQA experience desired)
Proven track record of client origination and building a team
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
