Partner, Energy & Environmental — Houston

Senior lateral partner role in a major US energy and environmental practice based in Houston. The hire will lead transactional and regulatory matters across traditional and renewable energy sectors, and will play a central role in originating and managing client work.

The team advises on project development, regulatory compliance and transactional work tied to energy and renewables. Candidates with experience before federal regulators (FERC experience a plus) and a track record of managing deal teams are preferred.

• 10+ years of relevant energy/regulatory transactional experience
• Demonstrable experience in renewable energy transactions and regulatory matters
• Experience managing teams and leading client engagements
• FERC or other federal energy regulatory experience preferred
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
