Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an established energy and environmental practice from the Jacksonville office of a major national law firm. The role focuses on regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters in the energy and environmental sectors, advising corporate and industry clients on EPA-related and state regulatory issues.

The position requires a seasoned practitioner who will counsel clients across transactional, permitting, compliance and litigation-adjacent regulatory matters, and who will work collaboratively with national practice teams. This is a business-development focused role with responsibility for expanding regional client relationships.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including EPA or comparable regulatory experience
  • Track record of client development and cross-office collaboration
  • Active bar admission in Florida or willingness to seek admission; excellent written and oral communications skills
