Apply in confidence →Seeking a partner to join a busy Energy & Environmental practice in Delaware focusing on both contentious and regulatory work. The role combines courtroom and regulatory advocacy with strategic client counseling on infrastructure and energy matters.
The successful candidate will lead and grow a team handling complex litigation, compliance and administrative proceedings, and will work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues across offices.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental litigation and regulatory matters
- Proven client development and relationship-management track record
- Admission to practice in Delaware (or ability to obtain)
