The successful candidate will join an established corporate team and be expected to originate and execute complex transactions, advise boards and sponsors, and collaborate with cross-practice specialists on sector-focused deals.

Proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions, including experience with life sciences and energy clients
Strong corporate governance and transactional skills; ability to manage deals from origination through closing
Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management capabilities
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
