Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Delaware

Experienced corporate partner sought to lead and grow a transactional practice in the firm's Delaware office. The role will focus on M&A and private equity work, with substantial matters in life sciences, energy, and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team and be expected to originate and execute complex transactions, advise boards and sponsors, and collaborate with cross-practice specialists on sector-focused deals.

• Proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions, including experience with life sciences and energy clients
• Strong corporate governance and transactional skills; ability to manage deals from origination through closing
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management capabilities
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
