Partner — Energy, Environmental & Tax (Palo Alto)

Leading law firm is seeking a partner to join its Palo Alto office to grow and lead a cross-disciplinary Energy and Environmental practice with strong tax and maritime/construction capabilities. The role will combine transactional and regulatory work across renewable energy, traditional energy projects, and infrastructure delivery.

This is a senior client-facing role: you will originate and manage matters, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate with multi-office teams on complex, often cross-border matters. The position offers a chance to build a sector-focused practice within an established platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental matters, including tax work related to energy projects
• Proven client origination and relationship-management record
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work in Palo Alto
