Senior partner hire sought for a busy real estate and construction practice in Palo Alto. The role will lead cross-disciplinary transactional work across leasing, development, and finance, with significant exposure to healthcare, renewable energy and industrial/logistics projects.

Ideal candidate will take a leading role in originating and executing complex transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding the team s presence in targeted sector work such as resort development and healthcare real estate. The position reports into the regional practice leadership and collaborates closely with finance and energy specialists.

Established partner with substantial transactional real estate and construction experience.
Proven track record in leasing, development and real estate finance; experience with healthcare and renewable energy projects preferred.
Demonstrated ability to originate work and to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction (California preferred).
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
