Partner, Energy & Environmental — Zurich

Senior hire to lead and grow an established energy and environmental practice in Zurich. The role combines high-level transactional and regulatory work across energy projects, permits, and environmental compliance, with significant client-facing responsibilities.

Ideal candidate will take a hands-on leadership role on matters, mentor a small team, and drive business development across Switzerland and cross-border matters. The team handles complex, multidisciplinary matters for corporates and project sponsors.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in energy and/or environmental law with demonstrable client relationships
• Admission to practise in Switzerland (or ability to qualify) and fluency in English; German or French an advantage
• Proven leadership, business development and team-management skills
