The successful candidate will advise on transactional, regulatory and project development issues, work with cross-disciplinary teams, and drive business development in the southeastern U.S. This position offers a leadership role with access to national and international resources.

Seasoned partner with significant experience in energy, renewable or oil & gas matters and related tax/environmental/maritime or construction work
Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal teams
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); strong writing and oral advocacy skills
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
