Partner — Energy (Oil & Gas & Renewables), Houston

Leading international law firm is seeking a senior partner to bolster its Houston energy practice. The role will advise on complex upstream, midstream and project work across oil & gas and renewable energy transactions, and will work with clients across the energy value chain.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a market-facing team in Houston, work closely with national and international colleagues on cross-border matters, and drive business development in the region.

• Portable book of business of $6-8M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy transactions (oil & gas and renewables)
• Track record of originations and business development; experience leading or building a team preferred
• Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to gain admission
