Partner, Energy Regulatory (Houston)

Seeking an experienced energy regulatory partner to lead and grow a transactional and regulatory energy practice from the Houston office. The role focuses on renewable energy, energy project transactions and regulatory matters, with opportunities to manage teams and advise large commercial clients across the energy sector.

The position requires a strong track record of originating and sustaining client relationships, handling complex regulatory issues, and collaborating with cross-practice teams on transactional and compliance work. FERC experience is a plus but not required.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in energy transactions and regulatory matters
• Proven transactional and renewable energy background
• Demonstrated client origination and team leadership experience
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
