Partner — Environmental & Compliance, Kansas City

Senior-level hire to lead and grow an environmental and regulatory practice from the firm's Kansas City office. The role focuses on counseling clients on environmental compliance, permitting, and related regulatory matters, with an emphasis on state and federal environmental law.

Ideal candidate will manage complex environmental matters, advise on enforcement and compliance strategies, and collaborate across practices on multidisciplinary projects. CEQA experience is desirable for candidates with cross-jurisdictional or project-based work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven environmental and regulatory practice at partner level, with track record of client development
• Experience advising on permitting, compliance, and enforcement matters; CEQA experience desired
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
