The role focuses on leading complex securities and finance transactions, originating work and developing client relationships across corporate and capital markets matters.

The successful candidate will take a frontline role on deal execution, mentor and grow a team of associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups to expand the practice's footprint in the region.
