Partner, Finance & Banking and Corporate — Raleigh

Experienced transactional partner sought to lead and grow finance and corporate offerings from the Raleigh office. The role will focus on advising private equity and venture capital sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate clients on leveraged and growth financings, acquisitions and related commercial arrangements.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling mid-market to complex matters, working closely with colleagues across practices to originate and execute deals. This is a business-development heavy role with substantial client-facing responsibility and opportunity to shape practice strategy locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in finance and corporate transactions, with strong private equity and/or venture capital experience
• Proven origination and client-development skills and ability to lead deal teams
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
