The role will lead complex secured and unsecured financing matters, capital markets transactions and related regulatory work, and will quarterback matters from origination through execution.
You'll work closely with deal teams across practices, supervise associates, and develop business in the region. The role suits a senior finance/capital markets lawyer with proven client relationships and the ability to drive revenue in the Phoenix market.
- Significant partner-level experience in finance and capital markets transactions
- Track record of originating and managing complex financings and securities offerings
- Proven team leadership and client-management skills
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
