Partner, Finance & Banking — Beijing

Seeking an experienced finance partner to lead and grow a market-facing banking and finance practice. The role focuses on originating and executing finance transactions, managing client relationships, and building a high-performing team across the region.

Position is being recruited on a location-agnostic basis with a Beijing base; compensation and evaluation reflect a sliding-scale model (billing rates start at $1200). The hire will work closely with cross-border teams and senior firm leadership to expand the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on banking and finance transactions and leading deal teams
• Established client origination and business development skills
• Strong leadership and ability to work across multiple jurisdictions in Asia
