Partner, Finance & Banking — Charlotte

Senior finance partner role for an established national law firm seeking an experienced banking attorney to lead and grow transactional banking work from the Charlotte office. The role involves originating and managing lender-side and borrower-side matters across commercial lending, syndicated credit facilities and related finance transactions.

The firm is expanding its regional finance capabilities and offers collaboration with a national platform of practice colleagues, client development resources, and institutional support for fee-earning partners. The successful candidate will hold a visible client-facing role and help shape the practice locally.

• Proven track record handling commercial lending, syndicated loans, or similar finance matters
• Significant partner-level experience and established client relationships
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
