Partner, Finance & Banking — Charlotte

Established finance partner role focused on structured finance and securitization practice in Charlotte. The position will lead and expand a transaction-focused practice advising borrowers, issuers and capital markets participants across securitizations and related structured products.

Responsibilities include originating and managing complex financings, supervising deal teams, coordinating with capital providers and other counsel, and driving client development across the region. The role suits a partner with deep practical experience in structured finance, strong transactional skills and an appetite for business development.
