Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, Atlanta

Leading law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate practices in Atlanta. The role will combine transactional finance work with corporate advisory matters, including work for funds, private credit, asset managers and banks.

The partner will originate and lead deals, manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and help grow the practice regionally. The position requires a commercial, client-facing approach and the ability to handle complex cross-practice matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate transactions
• Track record with funds, private credit, bank or asset-manager clients
• Strong origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead teams and develop junior lawyers
