Partner, Finance & Banking — Atlanta

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy Finance & Banking practice in the firm's Atlanta office. The role will focus on originating and leading transactions across bank financing, private credit and other corporate finance matters, while mentoring junior lawyers and expanding client relationships.

The team advises lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex financing structures. The new partner will join an established practice supporting national and cross-border matters and will have broad responsibility for business development and practice strategy.

• Proven track record in lending and private credit transactions at partner level
• Strong origination and client-development skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Georgia
