Partner — Finance & Banking, Corporate & Securities (Washington, D.C.)

Senior partner-level opportunity in a full-service international law firm seeking an experienced finance and corporate lawyer to lead and grow transactional work from the Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters across syndicated lending, acquisition financings and securities transactions.

The appointment requires a partner who will build and manage a team, handle high-value cross-border transactions with US and international clients, and drive origination and client relationships from the D.C. market. The firm offers integrated support across corporate, finance and securities practices.
