Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to strengthen and grow its Finance & Banking and Corporate practice groups. The role focuses on advising asset managers and investment management clients on transactional and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in client development, originate and lead engagements, and work with cross-practice teams on complex finance and corporate matters. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing platform within an established national firm.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising asset management or investment management clients
• Significant partner-level experience in finance, banking or corporate transactional work
• Strong business development skills and ability to originate client work
• Bar admission and ability to practice in Washington, D.C.
