The role will focus on originating and executing complex financing transactions across leveraged, structured and related lending matters.
The partner will work with national deal teams, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. The role requires strong market presence in finance transactions and the ability to drive new business in the region.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Extensive partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
- Proven origination and client-development record in the Dallas market
- Ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates
- Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
