Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a finance & banking practice with a focus on private credit. You will originate transactions, advise borrowers and lenders on complex financing structures, and drive business development across the region.
The role involves team leadership and mentoring of junior lawyers, working cross-practice on leveraged and structured finance matters, and representing sophisticated corporate and institutional clients.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in private credit, syndicated lending and structured financings
