Partner, Finance & Banking — Dallas

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a banking and finance practice from the Dallas office of a prominent international law firm. The role focuses on advising banks, corporate borrowers and sponsors on a range of secured and unsecured lending matters.

The partner will manage deal execution, lead client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development for the practice. The position offers a platform to expand an established finance book and work on cross-border and domestic financing transactions.

• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Proven track record in banking and finance transactions (syndicated loans, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead business development initiatives
• Experience leading teams and managing complex transactions
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
