Partner, Finance & Banking — Dubai

Leading global law firm is seeking an experienced finance partner to join its Dubai office to lead and grow the finance and capital markets practice in the region. The role will focus on originating and executing complex cross-border financing and capital markets transactions and advising regional and international clients.

The partner will manage deal teams, develop client relationships, and work closely with other offices across the firm on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to shape a high‑visibility practice in a major Middle East financial centre.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in finance and capital markets transactions, including syndications, structured finance or debt capital markets
• Proven track record of originating work and leading deal teams on cross-border matters
• Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction or equivalent international experience
