Partner — Finance & Banking, Dusseldorf

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Finance & Banking practice in the Dusseldorf office of a leading international law firm. The role combines client origination, mandate leadership and team development across banking and finance matters.

You will advise banks, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border lending and finance transactions, manage high-value mandates and work closely with other practice groups to expand the practice.

• Established track record in banking and finance transactions at partner level (Germany-focused, cross-border experience desirable)
• Proven people and practice leadership, including business development and team management
• Admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent) with strong professional network in the financial sector
• Portable book of business of $500k+ (USD)
