Partner — Finance & Banking & Insurance, Fort Myers

Senior partner role in a national full‑service firm, based in Fort Myers, focused on finance & banking and insurance matters. The role combines origination, client relationship leadership and hands‑on matter work across transactional and regulatory insurance and finance engagements.

Successful candidates will lead deal teams, drive new business development, and work closely with colleagues across the firm’s national platform to service regional and national clients. The position offers significant autonomy to grow and manage a specialist practice in the region.

• Admitted to practise in the relevant US jurisdiction(s)
• Proven partner‑level experience in finance/banking and insurance law, with a strong track record of originating and managing matters
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates and leading deal teams
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
