Partner — Finance & Banking, Los Angeles

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Finance & Banking practice from the Los Angeles office. This role will originate and manage complex financing matters, advise lenders and borrowers, and mentor a team of associates and counsel within a national platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with an established, cross‑office finance team on a mix of domestic and regional transactions and will play a leading role in business development for the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of originating and closing finance and banking matters
• Bar admission in California or ability to become admitted
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills; experience building a team
