Partner, Finance & Banking — Los Angeles

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Finance & Banking and Corporate practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on originating and leading transactions across private credit, corporate finance and bank-finance matters, and will work closely with funds and asset-focused clients.

The successful candidate will combine a strong transactional background with proven client relationships and business development ability. This is a senior role with responsibility for driving practice growth and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate finance transactions
• Proven track record of originating and executing complex debt and credit deals (including private credit)
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
• Ability to lead teams and mentor associates
