Partner — Finance & Banking, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles finance practice with a focus on leveraged and structured finance. The role will handle complex financing transactions, work with private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers, and provide commercial, technical legal advice across the capital structure.

The partner will join an established team and be expected to originate and lead matters, drive client relationships, and mentor associates. The position offers significant responsibility on high-value financings and opportunities to develop a market-facing practice in Los Angeles.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Proven origination record and strong client relationship skills
• Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Active bar admission in California or eligibility to obtain admission
