Partner, Finance & Banking — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a partner to join a busy finance and banking team in Washington, D.C., with a focus on private credit and lending transactions. The role combines client relationship development, deal execution, and practice growth responsibilities across a range of leveraged and structured finance matters.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative group that advises lenders and borrowers on complex credit facilities and related commercial financing. This is an opportunity to lead origination efforts, manage high-value transactions, and mentor junior lawyers within an established practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in private credit, syndicated lending or leveraged finance
• Proven track record of originating and executing complex credit transactions
• Strong client development, team leadership and mentoring skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the U.S.
