Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Washington, D.C. The role will advise banks, borrowers and capital markets participants on a range of finance matters, with visibility across domestic and cross-border transactions.

The team handles syndicated lending, structured finance, acquisition financing and capital markets work. The practice will look for a commercially minded partner who can originate and lead complex financing deals and help grow the practice’s presence in targeted industry sectors.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in syndicated lending, acquisition finance or capital markets
• Proven client origination skills and ability to lead deal teams
• Admissions and experience appropriate for senior transactional finance work
