Partner, Finance & Banking - Washington, D.C.

Senior partner opportunity in the finance and corporate practice of a highly regarded law firm in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on originating and leading transactions across private credit, fund and corporate finance matters, and developing client relationships in the banking and private equity sectors.

The team advises lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex financing and fund-related work. The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice with significant institutional clients and contribute to business development and practice growth in the U.S. market.

• Proven partner-level experience in finance, banking and corporate finance transactions.
• Record of handling private credit, fund or asset-based financings and related matters.
• Strong origination and client relationship skills; ability to win and manage complex mandates.
• Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., or able to become admitted.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
