Partner, Finance & Capital Markets — Washington, D.C.

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a capital markets and finance practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on advising on securities offerings, corporate financings and related regulatory matters across public and private transactions.

The partner will work closely with banking and securities teams, take responsibility for major client relationships, and help drive origination and business development across the practice. This is an opportunity to shape team strategy and mentor senior associates.

• Established partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions
• Strong record of client origination and relationship management
